Shim-pack Velox HILIC, 2.7um, 4.6 x 100mm LC Column

The Velox HILIC column uses unbonded silica particles to improve retention of polar analytes. Hydrophilic interaction chromatography (HILIC) provides orthogonal selectivity to reversed phase chromatography, and the high organic mobile phase conditions are compatible with many sample preparation eluents and offer increased MS sensitivity. Recommended for polar compounds like nucleosides, melamine, and paraquat and diquat that have little to no retention on alkyl phases under reversed phase conditions. The Velox superficially porous particle (SPP) provides UHPLC-like high speed, high resolution separations to reduce run time and increase sample throughput when run on a standard HPLC system. pH range 2-8, maximum temperature 80C, maximum pressure 700 bar/70 MPa/10,000 psi.
