Shim-pack Velox PFPP, 1.8um, 2.1 x 150mm LC Column

The Shim-pack Velox PFPP (Pentafluorophenyl propyl or F5) provides an alternative selectivity to C18 columns and can run in both reversed phase and HILIC mode. It is especially suitable for the LC-MS/MS analysis of charged bases using acidic mobile phases, as well as taxanes, metanephrines, and Vitamin D. The Velox superficially porous particle (SPP) provides high speed, high resolution separations to reduce run time and increase sample throughput under UHPLC conditions. pH range 2-8, maximum temperature 80C, maximum pressure 1050 bar/105 MPa/15,000 psi. Note: for maximum lifetime, P.Max of 800 bar/80MPa/12,000 psi is recommended.
