Shim-pack GIST-HP Amide, 1.9um, 2.1 x 150mm LC Column

The Shim-pack GIST Amide is ideal for the analysis of highly polar compounds, exhibiting strong retention for these types of analytes in HILIC mode compared to silica and diol phases. The amide phase can also be run in reversed-phase mode with up to 100% aqueous conditions. The HP designation indicates stability up to 80 MPa/800 bar/12,000 psi. USP L68, 100A pore size, 350 m2/g surface area, 15% carbon load, fully endcapped, pH range 2-8.5, maximum temperature 80C, maximum pressure 80 Mpa/800 bar/12,000 psi. Use 227-30949-02 for guard cartridges (2/pk) with holder; or 227-30949-01 (2/pk cartridges only) and 227-30533-01 (high pressure holder.)
