The bioinert Scepter column has a polymer-lined stainless steel body with a high pressure polymer frit for a completely metal-free flowpath. The organosilane hybrid particle with C8 ligand is suitable for a wide variety of applications and mobile phase conditions up to pH 12. Inert column hardware eliminates adsorption and reduces tailing for compounds that tend to form chelates with metal surfaces, especially those containing phosphate groups.
