Shim-pack Scepter columns consist of an organic silica hybrid particle for excellent stability and performance under a wide range of LC conditions. The high density C18 ligand provides increased retention and improved steric selectivity for isomers and structural analogs compared to traditional C18 phases, and is compatible with mobile phases up to pH 12. Similar to Acquity BEH C18, and Kinetix Gemini C18. USP L1, pH range: 1-12, Max pressure: 100 MPa/1000 bar/14,500 psi. 80A pore size, 25% carbon load, fully endcapped. Guard column 227-31128-01and EXP holder 227-32041-01 are recommended to prolong the analytical column lifetime.
