Nexera UC Prep Basic, 5um, 120A, 10mm x 250mm LC/SFC Prep Column

Nexera UC columns are specifically designed for SFC, resulting in optimum bonding coverage, ligand density, and all factors leading to high capacity phases which exhibit excellent selectivity and peak shape. The Basic phase is recommended for high speed, high performance SFC preparative chromatography separations of chemicals containing amine groups, and is more retentive than the Ethyl Pyridine phase. Development of the separation on a Nexera UC Basic analytical column is highly recommended before purchasing a prep column. Prep columns cannot be returned once used.
