The LF-804 is a linear GPC columm packed with unique gel material of with multiple pore sizes to achieve precise molecular weight determination over a wide range. This single material type results in a linear calibration curve with no inflection points typical of mixed-gel columns or multiple columns in series. Base material: Styrene divinylbenzene copolymer, satisfies USP L21 requirements. Shipping solvent: THF, can be converted to other solvents such as DMF and DMSO. Target molecular weight range: 300-2,000,000 Da. Guard column 220-91524-68 and coupler 220-91527-97 are recommended.
